Terms & privacy

The terms for using Millie, and how your data is treated — in plain language, on one page.

Last updated October 1, 2026

Your data is yours

Everything you log — your shifts, jobs, payouts, fuel stops, expenses and tags — is your own record. It stays yours.

Your data is never accessed, sold or shared, and it is never used for any purpose other than running Millie for you.

What Millie stores

Only what you enter yourself: times and dates, odometer readings, amounts, notes, the tags you create, and any screenshots you attach to a job. Nothing else.

How it is used

Your entries are used only to show you your own numbers: the daily logbook, the totals and rates, the comparisons in History, and the CSV copy you can download. There is no other use.

Exporting and deleting

You can download every line you have logged as a CSV from Setup whenever you like, and anything you delete in the app is removed from your records.

Payments

The optional pay-what-you-want contribution is handled by our payment provider. Card details go straight to them and are never seen or kept by Millie.

The service is provided as is

Millie is provided on an as-is basis, with no warranty expressed or implied.

It is a record-keeping tool, not financial, tax or legal advice — and keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
